Qualtrics - Lodging a Ticket
While inside Qualtrics navigate to the Customer Success Hub:

Navigate to Get Technical Support

Then select Survey Platforms & XM Directory

You'll be directed to speak to an AI Agent, skip directly to lodging a ticket via email.

After selecting email you will be redirected to a page, most of the details should be auto-filled. However for emails cc enter e.liu@mbs.edu and for the subject line enter Qualtrics Migration

Then add your user information: All that needs to be changed is Origin Username and Destination Username which will both be the same.

After select Yes and Submit
