Overview

This guide will cover how to reset and manage your multi-factor authentication (MFA) and other sign-in methods.

If you need to remove MFA from an old device or enable it on a new one, this guide is for you!

How to manage and update your sign-in methods/MFA

Sign into myaccount.microsoft.com and select Update Info under the Security Info section.

You can now view, delete and change your current sign-in methods.

You can also add a new sign-in method by selecting the Add sign-in method option. Then, you can select the type of sign-in method you want to add.
