How to Access Support
Overview
This article will cover how to access our support portal, how to lodge a ticket with us via email/phone, and general information about the IT Service Desk.

MBS IT Support Portal
You can access the MBS IT Support Portal here: support.mbs.edu/support/home.
In the support portal you can access many different services; in this section we'll cover the following:

Report an issue
Here you can fill in a form about an issue you are having, which will lodge a ticket in our system. We will aim to respond to you within 24 hours.
The 'Report an Issue' form will ask you to fill out the following information:
- Your contact email
- Your department
- Overview of Issue
- Relevant details of the issue
- Priority (Low, Medium, High, Urgent)
Please note: When you are writing the overview of the issue, suggested knowledge-base articles will pop up on the right side of your screen. We recommend checking out the articles (if they seem relevant to your issue) before submitting your ticket, as they might be able to help resolve your issue faster!

Request Application Training
Please fill out the required fields and submit the form, a member of the Enterprise Applications team will reach out to you to organize your training.

Lodge a Ticket via Email/Phone
You can lodge a ticket by emailing us at servicedesk@mbs.edu, our team will aim to respond to you within 24 hours.
You can call us at 03 9349 877. When reaching out for support by phone, please note that for many issues, we may create a ticket on your behalf and address it shortly after the call. For cases that directly impact account access, such as being locked out, we’ll do our best to resolve them for you over the phone.
If you are calling for AV support, we will aim to send someone over to assist you immediately.
