Service Catalogue Introduction
Overview
The Service Catalogue is a list of available IT services that MBS staff can request. The Service Catalogue allows you to request access to enterprise applications, submit procurement requests, AV support requests, and more.
Accessing the Support Portal
Go to support.mbs.edu and select Request a service.

In our service catalogue you will find different items you can request under the following categories:
- Accounts and Access
- Collaboration
- AV
- Facilities and Print Services
- Hardware Requests
- Service Desk Support
- Software Centre
- Zoom
- Virtual Classroom
Requesting an Item/Service
To request an item/service from the catalogue, select it, fill out the relevant fields and then hit Request. This will create a ticket where we will update you on your request.
Please note: Some items/services automatically send approval requests to line managers or delegated application/software approvers. If the approval request is denied, your request will be denied. We will notify you if this happens.
