Assigning Room as Alt-Host for Zoom
PLEASE NOTE: Only hybrid-enabled rooms with Zoom Rooms capability can be made Alternate Hosts with this process.
1. Navigate to mbs-edu.zoom.us, click the Sign In button and login using MBS credentials.
2. Click the Schedule button to be taken to the meeting setup page.

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the setup page and click Show beside the Options subheading

4. Start typing the name of the (Zoom enabled) room that your meeting will be held in in the text box under the Alternative Hosts. Select the room from the dropdown menu to add it as an alternative host.

5. Click Save
6. Check the touchpanel in the room for your scheduled meeting (on the day). It should look like this:
