LT3 - How to fix presenter camera
When using Zoom in LT3, the presenter camera sometimes freezes or goes down, leading to a loss of control over the camera in the Zoom.
This issue can be resolved by power cycling the camera or/and the USB extender.
Power cycle the camera:
- Move close to the presenter camera.
- Unplug the LAN cable from the back of the presenter camera.
- Re-plug the LAN cable after waiting for at least 20 seconds.
- The presenter camera should reboot.
Power cycle USB extender (if needed):
- If power cycling the camera fails to fix the issue, power cycle the USB extender.
- Locate the USB extender at the back of the right confidence monitor.
- Unscrew the power cable to turn off the USB extender and wait for 20 seconds before turning it back on
Check the camera input source:
- Go to Zoom Control Roon via Touch Panel.
- Go to 'Switch Camera'
- Ensure the 'Main Camera' is 'AVer CAM550'.
