How to Grant Zoom Co-Host Access without Host Key

If neither moderator or theatre Zoom accounts are Host, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to mbs-edu.zoom.us and login using your MBS credentials.

2. Click Sign In to access the MBS Zoom admin portal.

3. Navigate to Dashboard

4. Select the Meetings tab.

5. Click on the meeting ID hyperlink to launch the meeting.

6. Once in the meeting, click on the Participants icon in the bottom toolbar.

7. Click More beside the participant's name who you wish to give Co-Host access too, then click Make Co-Host.
