Zoom - Login and Join Meeting
You can launch Zoom or join a meeting from your Outlook calendar invite, Zoom desktop app, or Zoom website.
JOIN ZOOM MEETING FROM AN OUTLOOK MEETING INVITE
- Open the Outlook meeting
- Select Click here to join the meeting
- Your Zoom desktop app will open with the meeting (if you are logged in on your Zoom desktop app).
JOIN ZOOM MEETING FROM DESKTOP APP
- Launch the Zoom desktop app and click SSO option on the Zoom sign in window/page if you are not yet logged in.

- Type in mbs-edu as the organisation and click Continue.
- When a browser prompt to open the Zoom desktop app appears, select the checkbox to always allow the Zoom desktop app to open from the SSO login screen, and click Open.
- You will now be signed into Zoom with your MBS managed profile and see your upcoming meetings on the home screen. Meetings about to start or in progress will have a join button next to the meeting name where you can one-click join.
- Alternatively, click the Meetings tab to see all your upcoming meetings
