How to check learner audio
The purpose of this document is to guide you in fixing any audio problems in the WeConnect Virtual Classroom
1. Remember to allow your browser to access camera and microphone
2. When you join in the session, please double check the audio output and microphone to make sure they are working
3. If you are in the session, you can change the audio setting by click on your name on the top right and choose “settings”
4. A window will pop-up and you can change the devices for audio output and microphone
5. Click “Save” to save the setting
