MBS Student - MBS Printing Access
Here is a step-by-step guide for university students to set up cloud printing:
First, make sure your device is connected to the MBS network. If you are unsure on how to connect, please see our guide for connecting to the Wi-Fi here: MBS Student - Wi-Fi Connection | Knowledge Base | Melbourne Business School

Then, scan the QR Code below to open the papercut web browser or enter the website: https://print.mbs.edu:9192/user or https://mbs.bz/print

You may encounter a message similar to the ones below (depending on if you use a Mac/Windows device). This isn't anything to be concerned about, you can select Advanced Settings and then Accept Risk and Continue ]Mac] or proceed to mbs.mbus.local unsafe [Windows].

You will now see the log in window:

Enter your student ID as the username and your password.

Username: 101010@mbs.edu
Password: 101010
You should now be signed into PaperCut:

Select the web print option and follow the instructions below:

Select Submit a Job

Select the mbsprint\MBSSTUDENT (virtual) option and then select Print Options and Account Selection

Put in the number of copies you'd like and then select Upload Documents

Note the allowed file types, and then select Upload from computer and upload the files you want to print. Then select Upload & Complete.

Wait for the job to show as Held in a queue.

Go to the printer and sign in with your student, use your student ID number as the username and password. You can also tap your card and associate it to your account; you can find a guide on how to do that here Associating Card to Printer KBA
