Staff Meeting Rooms - AV Room Guide Melbourne Business School has three Staff Meeting Rooms – Mill Project Space and the Fishbowl (located in Orthotics), and Room 263 (located on level 2). These rooms feature hybrid capabilities due to the inclusion of Microsoft Surface Hub devices. These devices allow staff to host meetings either remotely or in person. They also include the ability to wirelessly screenshare from their own personal devices. As well as the Microsoft Surface Hubs, Room 263 and the Mill Project Space have ceiling mounted microphones to make sure remote participants can clearly hear meeting content.
